I didn't claim all partial loads save water. Only an obtuse person would jump to that conclusion using a one dish example. Others would likely interpret partial load as somewhere between 50-75% full give or take a few percentage.

Appreciated. But that's still further along the graph towards "uses more water per dish" than the "uses less water per dish" point of waiting for a full load. Only an obtuse person would conclude that ANY more frequent / smaller load pattern saves water over less frequent but full loads.
