I discovered the http://www.veganricha.com/ blog about a year ago. Though not all of her food is Indian, she is from India so a lot of it is. She has some recipes that are similar to what I have eaten in restaurants, but she also has a lot that is more representative of what people might eat for real on a day to day basis. She is writing a cookbook right now, and I was lucky enough to be chosen as a recipe tester. I cannot share any of the recipes, but when her cookbook does come out, buy it! Almost everything I have made has been excellent, and the ones that weren't won't make it into the book. Most of the ingredients are pretty easy to find, and I just go to the Indian grocery once every couple of months to stock up on the few specialty ingredients she uses.DEG
