I do all of my trading through Waterhouse, and for the most part I'm pretty pleased. Their statements are clear and useful, telephone response is within acceptable limits, price is good, website not bad. I think their stock research pages need alot of work to become friendly and useful. However, the on-line trading peice has always worked like a champ, which is the most important part for me. I agree with most of this. I've been with Waterhouse for about 10 years, and have been mostly happy. I switched to online, though, mostly because I'm unhappy with telephone response. I've been on hold 20 minutes or more too many times. But I'm very pleased with online trading, which is the most important part. I'm not too fond of their web interface, but it's good enough to work with. And their support is good, the price is right, and they don't nickle and dime you with extra fees.
