I do believe that the date of transaction is always the basis.

Also, if I were you, I wouldn't be placing DEBIT/CREDIT CARD NO. and or SS No. on EMAILS since this is not a secured way of transmitting data into the internet. Without you knowing it, somebody might intercept this info and use it.

Believe me, there are a lot of them our there so better beware!
