I do not believe you should invest more than 4% of your net worth in any one investent. You should also limit your investment in specific themes.
There is nothting wrong with your picking individual stocks, but if 100% or your portfolio is in one thing or theme you are tempting fate. Do you have any bonds for example?

You should post 'your stocks' and the percent of your wealth in each, so we can tell why you were just lucky, or perhaps brilliant.

" I am currently paying 25% income taxes " If you have a high turnover that might be a sign that you are just lucky. Not saying you are but it is possible.
