I don't do podcasts, and was hoping there was at least some level of written summary, but there is not.
I'm curious as to the credentials of the "founder of the Weather Channel". True, TWC employs a lot of meteorologists, but is he one? Is he a scientist in the field? Or is he a broadcaster, or just a rich investor who came up with a good idea?
The minimal amount of write up indicates that he feels that climate change is a hoax (ironically, one that his channel brings to full awareness). It's been years since I've heard anyone argue this; it is generally well accepted that the climate is changing. The argument I've heard recently is that it is natural, and not man-made; not that it's not happening.
So what are this guy's qualifications? If they are good, then I may go to the trouble of listening to the podcast (whatever that takes to do).
Or perhaps you can provide a few of the data points that indicate that the climate is not changing. Might make for an interesting discussion.
David
(recently, I've noticed another shift in the argument. People are stopping arguing that man didn't cause the change; they are starting to argue that the change is not a bad thing; that it will be nice not to have to pay so much to heat your home in New England).
