I don't have to argue your point. SCOTUS has ruled on this: it's a tax. End of argument.

Only in your world do you keep the argument going. In the United States it is moot.


It's not at all moot, otherwise it wouldn't still be a widely discussed topic. You did notice that the SCOTUS ruling was 5-4 right? That implies that not everyone was on board with the whole "tax" thing. If it is a "tax", which I think is bs, then it's a VERY different kind of tax and one that infringes upon our liberties, which was the original point of your post.
