I don't know about you Squiggly, but everything I've ever tasted from Boca tasted like well crap :) Tofuburgers, tofudogs, tofucrumbles? No thanks I'll pass.

I'm doing well in my quasi vegetarianism (I eat about 2 servings meat/week as opposed to 14 or more servings meat/week a few months ago) without the fake meats. I have made a few meals with tofu and tempeh which I like but I stay away from soy meat replacements. I am also going to make seitan sometime this weekend for the first time, that should be fun. I also bought some TVP to try, although I'm a bit skeptical.

I do really enjoy my food and I make sure I eat a variety of vegetable based proteins including soy, whole grains, legumes and lots and lots of veggies.
