On Yahoo! Finance there is literally no information on the company, do you have access to the financials someplace? Look through past annual reports, see how the company is improving sales, expanding, how management is doing, and see how exploration is going.

If this looks good, then maybe open a small position if you think it is a worthwhile risk.
