I don't know the gaming industry, but if you find US companies that are just getting started in Brazil or are interested in getting started in Brazil, they may be your best prospects. They already have their sites on Brazil and may be looking for people to make it happen.

You may also have better luck in major international cities. Number one in the US is New York. Los Angeles, Miami, and San Francisco could be better than Las Vegas.

The job you have in mind probably means lots of travel and not much time in the office. So they may be willing to let you work from Las Vegas.
