I dont really post here anymore, but I this morning's post actually prompted a question -
(which has probably been asked & answered 100 time here, but I am too lazy to look)

If I truly am sitting for 9-10 hours a day (without addressing that fact, or any other activity in which i may or may not participate)
How much food do i really need?
I mean- yes, sitting consumes very few calories, but i do imagine more than 15/hour - anyway - if that is all I do, I do not need to take in 1000 calories/day - right?
but would taking in too little just leave me exhausted?

peace & appetizers
