Nine days later:

1) House packed out and staged

2) Complete landscaping front and rear

3) Complete repaint entire downstairs

4) Replace smoke detector system to bring house up to code, and replace light fixtures downstairs and outside

5) Real estate agent's photograph came through and took pictures

6) Replace trim destroyed by cat, and two doors missing interior - all had to be made to fit existing frames in place on site

7) Haul out six cubic yards of debris and unwanted "stuff"

8) Each task opens up a can of worms on new problems not seen - address those

Still don't have the house fully "cleaned" and viewing start tomorrow.

We already have a interior unseen full price offer.

Ya, it's that crazy in Seattle. It feels like 2005 all over again.
