I feel really good when I am truly low-carbing (50 grams or less per day on most days). I have been reading a lot about the Paleo diet and understand it philosophically. I would love to truly be Paleo----but I am having trouble implementing it!!! My husband does most of the cooking (well over 90%), and although he also believes in the Paleo philosophy, we aren't there (yet). I was very good at Low Carb when I was single....not so good now.
