I filed my taxes April 14th, checked off direct deposit for the payment and have not received anything as of yet. The IRS website says they do not have any information about my stimulus payment, and not to call them as the phone people won't have any either.

Should I be concerned?

No. Lots of people won't be receiving their payment this year for lots of reasons. If you don't receive the payment, your 2008 tax liability will be lowered by the amount you didn't receive.
