I forgot to add my favorites from her blog-
Palak tempeh is amazing. The rainbow chard and peas in a creamy gravy is great, and got the seal of approval from my friend who is from India. They are a lot of work, but the broccoli fritters in a creamy gravy are delish. I don't make a lot of dals because my husband hates beans, so the only ones of hers I have made have been for recipe testing. All of those have come out great though, so give some of those a try.
