I gave you a rec for the beautiful description of the mountains and the hiking, not the political jab.

thanks for clarifying. :)

The leaves on the trees are starting to change and on Saturday and Sunday morning, I looked at my window and saw frost on the groung. I like seeing forests, love the whole rural thing. I guess that means there's less people to contend with.

I had forgotten a few things and so halfway up there, I stopped at a WalMart, that store was larger than the one near me and that one is not that old. It was bright and cheery and clean, and huge. I noticed a few more because although my GPS said it was the fast way, it's wasn't since I was going 'round the mountain(Here she comes!). Anyway, at least a couple of Lowe's and WalMarts paired together.

I still miss going on the trails up there and there was a path I got on last yr that was right steep and there were the stones that had sayings on them, very inspirational to me. They had somewhat cordoned off some trails with orange tape, I could see trees were down beyond them but it was enjoyable just walking and walking, going down different trails not caring if I got lost, knowing I'd find my way back eventually.

oh crap, the clock upstairs is chiming.....frig...I can't ignore it since it's so irritating....
