I get the distinct impression that some people on this board do not like their children very much.

Having no children I have a totally different perscpective AND options.

However, I do have a niece and nephews. One nephew, a little brat of 16, a few years ago made a comment while I was visiting about having a rich uncle (meaning me) that is going to leave him money when he dies. I slammed the breaks on our walk along the beach and said he must be talking about some other unknown uncle because I wasn't giving him squat. That he better make his money on his own.

I'll definitely give a good percentage to charity but most will go to DW. But I am definitely going to enjoy my hard earned stock pile.
