Ok, so I roll my 401k into an IRA, Now what?
If I have rolled it over that means that the Broker has it in an account with my name on it.
Now I need to pick which stock index funds to buy. I am a neophyte and have no ideawhat I am doin so I use 3/4's of it to buy the "Foolish Four" leaving 25% to invest. Maybe, 1/2 of the balance I'll buy RYOCX and the other 1/2 I'll but WAIDX, Both look good on "Morningstar".
Is that it?
What am I missing anything?
It seems too easy.
I will of course adjust at the end of each year as the fools say to do but...
I REALLY don't know anything about this stuff so I could use your oppinions.
Also I need the address of the board that discusses stock index funds.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Steve
