I guess I just have a regular * green* card with Capital One. A rate of 9.9%, and a 2,000 credit limit. I really don't *need* a credit increase other than to raise my percent of available credit to my total credit limits. Again, I was inquiring about capital one making balance transfer offers. It would be nice to get them as low as others I've read about getting rates down to 5.9 and lower. I don't know if you read my other post about planet feedback, but I did hear back via email from capital one this morning and the email just said to call and talk to a CSR. I don't think I will.. yet.
