I had a bad experience w/Sprint, my phone stopped working, and the local sprint store, said they didn't have the part to fix, and I should call their other locations for a part. I though this a poor response, and instructed them to cancel my contract. My next bill had a penalty #200. I live in the Dallas area and sent an e-mail to the district rep, forget how I got her e-mail, maybe their corporate site. (another factor, the mgr at the local store, had a tongue ring, which somewhat impared his speech, I pointed this out to her as well, saying this was not very businees like in a store in a hi-end neighborhoos, shich she agreed) in any case she immediately credited my bill with the $200. Don't know if it was the tongue ring, the rudeness and a combo of both, but it did work. Good luck
