I had a Ford Ranger XLT. I didn't blow a tire, but I did roll the truck after being forced off a highway by a careless driver. I flipped the truck several times, and hit a railroad track crossing. I was wearing my seat belt. I didn't have a *single* bruise (although I'd be the first to tell you how almost unblievably lucky I am.) While I will say that deaths may still occur in vehicles, if the occupants use the available safety measures, I'd guess the death toll would be much lower.
