I have a 1993 grand voyager. I love it, and plan to keep it for a while. The only real problem I have had is the transmission, which gave out at about 35,000. It was replace under warrenty, and has worked fine since.(100,000 more miles).

Another thing about this vehicle. On vacation, I was traveling on the Ohio Turnpike, doing about 70, when the left rear tire blew out. There was no difficulty whatsoever in keeping control, and getting across 3 lanes to the shoulder.

I can't compare to the Honda, because I never looked at one, but I can say that I am very happy with my Grand Voyager.

David

ps. My sister recently bought a new minivan; she also went for the Grand Voyager, replacing her mid-80s voyager.
