[[I HAVE A TSA W/JACKSON NATIONAL LIFE THAT I NO LONGER
FUND SINCE RETURNS QUARTERLY ARE ALMOST NONEXISTENT.
I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN ROLL OUT OF THAT TSA FUND
AND MOVE INTO AN IRA FUND WITHOUT PAYING MAJOR FEES?]]

Most likely not, unless you leave your current employment. If you remove your 403b funds, you'll pay taxes and penalties on that distribution, regardless of what you do with the funds.

But you may have other options for your investments in your 403b plan. Check with your TSA administrator for additional choices.

[[ I HAVE TRANSFERRED MONEY FROM IRA MUTUAL FUNDS TO
SELF DIRECTED STOCK IRA BUT NOT SURE ABOUT THIS TSA?]]

Right...because it was in an IRA to begin with. But this is a completely different animal.
