I have a whole head of cabbage I bought last wk and need to use it up.....

Recipes anyone?

Shred it, make a dressing of Olive oil, cider vinegar, pepper, some onion powder -- just a touch of crushed red pepper, let it sit for a couple of hours and it'll last a few days, --my family called it Italian Cole Slaw my favorite use for cabbage and the catalyst I always use when I want to get started on a new eating regimen -- don't know why that it, but it is a positive trigger food for me
