I have all that stuff at home so I don't know the exact wording on the deed of trust. It was something along the lines of "when the development is completed (i.e. all lots built/sold) an HOA will be formed....blah, blah, blah. That was incorrect. That was from the original covenant given to me by a neighbor. This is the deed of trust I got after closing. The highlighted part at the end is the only thing I can find anywhere that hints at a HOA.There is absolutely nothing in all the paperwork from closing where I signed up for any existing or future HOA. http://cmv.zftp.com/deed.gif
