I have an old building on my property (used to be a working farm years ago) that I plan to put a hot tub in. After knocking the front wall out it'll be a large open sheltered area, big enough for a hot tub, changing area(handy for the pool too), and patio set. When I have that done I'll probably use it (hot tub) all year 'round.

I live outside Denver and have a hot tub on our deck. We've had it over 6 years and use it year round. Of course, we have 300 sunny days a year so almost no rain and contrary to popular belief, not much snow.
