I have an somewhat uncommon last name, and the loan is from Toyota, where my aunt bought her latest car. Should I get the details from my aunt to find out if this is her loan, or should I just say "this is not my loan" on the correction form? My inclination would be to find out if it was my aunt's loan, but I wonder if that would make the credit reporting agencies suspicous.I would probably find out for curiosity's sake, but I wouldn't bother telling the credit agency. There's no point in giving a big, impersonal entity any information they don't need.Ajit
