I have family in Cary, they wanted space/green for their two girls. They both had very high mobility jobs; she a conference coordinator, he a personal trainer. Moving was easy for them, and they love it there.

I think it'll be easy for Dutch. He comes from Yukon, OK, just outside OKC. They say it's part of the "OKC Metropolitan Area", and maybe they even believe it, but I have seen it, and even the map says they lie. So pretty much anyplace he goes will be more city than he grew up in (though he is becoming addicted to NY).

I'm not sure about me. I'm close to beaches now (just not, you know, warm, clean beaches). I do like the idea of milder winters. I don't care about driving, my Redheaded Stepchild Borough is all driving, all the time anyway.

But seriously, jeez, this house. Talk about yer real estate porn.
