I have found that I can arrange them cross-ways on a toaster oven grate and then toast them for a few minutes.

I've wondered, but not tried (obviously) to double fry or figure out another way to reheat leftover fries. I mean, if we can have twice baked taters, why not twice fried (or baked) fries? <g>

I'll hafta give your solution a try soon as we love fried taters, but don't enjoy leftover limp fries as much as those hot outta the fryer.

Thanks!!

Bill
