I have had some head pains relating to muscle spasms in the jaw joint area and from clenching my jaw. Fortunately I don't usually have much trouble figuring out what the problem is with those.Hi Kaiti,If you have this kind of problem on a regular basis, and it sounds as if you do, then you should see a competent dentist and have an occlusal splint made. I am a dentist and in my practice experience on several occasions when a patient has been fitted with a properly adjusted occlusal splint their "migraine" symptoms have dissappeared or at least were very much abated.Good luck, Bill
