I have lot of respect for your caution.

If we look at DHI as what it really is (a business, not a piece of paper), this is still a very valuable company at very atractive price.

The current price is assuming Earnings levels of many years ago.

One has just to be patient, and this company will come back to its full price (I estimate it around $75).

200% in 3 or 4 years is what Warren Buffett calls a "Bargain".
