I have more than one IRA but they were opened at different times. Only guessing but maybe they meant only one IRA account with them(although my husband has one rollover and one not, both with Vnaguard). My understanding is that you can't contribute more than $2000 in any tax year. That's the only thing you mentioned that I consider a rule. (I need to pay attention once again because next year I'm back to an IRA)
