I have no clue how you are counting your carbs - no where on earth can you find pasta with only 2 carbs - unless you eat one noodle.I didn't explain very well, 2 servings of carbs, not 2 grams! So, I'll have a cup of pasta. One pepsi equals one carb (although it's probably higher than that, and should be counted as 1.5 or even 2) and the dressing I count as one, as it was a light ranch.I do not count veggies though as I consider those "good" carbs - lol!yeah, I have seen them as "freebies" in too many diets to think that they are really that bad. Plus, I'm still losing weight not counting them, so it must be working.impolite
