I have no idea what company this is, it's some abbreviated name of a bank I've never heard of, and the phone number provided by the reporting agencies turned out to be one of those automated lines where it prompts you to enter your account number BEFORE you have any other option, and no amount of pressing 0, 9, #, *, or any combination thereof will get you a live operator. I don't HAVE the account number...

Call them again. Do not punch any buttons. Just sit tight, and they should connect you with a live operator. They're supposed to have one available for the people with rotary phones.

If that doesn't work, write the CRA, and ask for help.
