I have no personal experience with the The Univ of Phoenix or other programs like it but several of my coworkers have been/are enrolled in accelerated programs. They take an enormous amount of your time during the week to complete all the assignments as they try and cram 4 years of college in 2 years. I would look for one that will transfer as much of your lower division credits as possible to shorten the time and not duplicate classes. They are a lot of work, but it seems if you just want to be done and don't mind the arduous workload then go for it.
Perhaps with your business degree you could get more managerial type jobs as you have the experience plus the business knowledge of what your company does. I really don't think what your major was matters as much as what you do once you get a job. I have a BS in chemistry yet I am a programmer so go figure.

Good luck in your decision.
