I have taken a new job and would like to roll over my 401(k) into a conduit IRA at a discount broker so I can invest the proceeds Foolishly. My question is this - can I combine the proceeds with an existing conduit IRA from another previous employer or do I have to keep the funds separate?

Since they're both 401(k)'s, you can put them in one account and maintain the conduit status. See IRS Publications 575 and 590.
