I have to caution any new readers that his poster has posted his investing theories before and while he has obviously put a lot of work into his web site and is sincere that doesn’t mean that he is right.

His conclusions about what is a safe withdrawal rate are significantly higher than recommended by respected financial advisors. Please go back through the old postings to read the discussions about his prior posts and verify what is being recommended before deciding to use what could be a very risky strategy.
