I have used the pencil and notepad before and I will do that again starting today to find the leak. After I find the leak and get everything thing in order what should I do next? Pay what and when?

I am looking for a program that can help me snowball but I want to keep a true, correct, run of what I own. I want to be able to enter the bill amount, interest amount, and payments make.
EXAMPLE: 50 credit card at 23.67% interest
If I pay 10.00 what is my new balance the next month?

I want a program I can use for more then one bill that I only need to update with the payments made. IS THERE NO PROGRAM LIKE THIS???
