I haven't had a manicure in years, but as I remember it you should get your hands soaked in warmish water for a few minutes, your cuticles pushed back, your nails trimmed to desired length and filed then buffed.

Thanks for the push becca, but here's the thing......getting my nails trimmed to a desired length? That's gonna be a little tough given the fact that I don't actually have any nails to trim.

So, this begs the somewhat philosophical question, can you get a manicure if you don't have any nails?
