I heard somewhere (on TV I think) about 'IRS Audit Defense' scams. Basically they ask for all your personal information to 'defend you against an IRS audit'...then 'take you to the cleaners'.The best defense against an IRS audit is being sure you have all the documentation to back-up your deductions (aka 'keep all your receipts'), and be sure to report all your income. An audit is only a bad thing if you did something wrong.-Warthog
