I just don't understand why Libertarians care so much about pot. If I had to list my top 100 political concerns it would be somewhere around issue 99 (just above the pension plan of the dog catcher)... and part of my job is hauling it to the lab to get tested so you'd think I had a vested interest in it but I'm rather apathetic about it.

But when I see Reason in my FB feed 50% of the time it's about pot or the war on drugs. Really? THAT is their pet peeve?!? Rather pathetic, actually. - Colovion

The war on drugs is a tremendous waste of resources. But that makes it no different than an myriad of other areas where vast waste of taxpayer dollars goes on unchecked.
