I just find the article:

Argentina's government expects to raise between $2.6-2.7 bln from the sale of its remaining 20.3% stake in leading oil company YPF, an Economy Ministry source said late Monday. Spanish energy group REPSOL SA is seen as the most likely contender but the source, who asked not to be named, said Argentine industrial holding Perez Companc and Italy's ENI had also expressed interest. The government announced last week it intends to sell a 14.9% block of YPF in eight to 12 weeks. The source did not specify how or when the government expects to sell the remaining 5.4%, nor did he give a breakdown of how much the government expects to raise from the 14.9% stake alone.
