I just found this comparison of 401(k)s and 403(b)s and I was wondering if anyone has switched from one to another, or discussed switching? It seems like the 401(k) is the better choice for the average guy, but I haven't had one before or read enough about them to feel confident about it.

Any thoughts on getting a school to switch from one to another?

Thanks again,
