I just talked with one of the firms that covers PAUH and they expect PAUH to report year end numbers on or about March 6. Their latest numbers are $.39 for the quarter, $.84 for the year, and $1.10 for next fiscal year. Even though these numbers have been adjusted down several times recently, it still gives PAUH a P/E of 10.5 on trailing 12 months and P/E of just over 8 on next 12 months. IMO that is a pretty low valuation compared with industry.

Also, although I do not have exact numbers on this, it appears that there wasd some sort of "negotiated" purchase of 350,000 +/- shares @$9 3/16 on last Thursday the 12th of Feb. This seems to cinfirm the trend that I pointed out in my previous purchase. Peat, if you have any additional thoughts or info, please post.

Happy hunting

TA
