I keep coming across ads for Capitol One where you can send in a deposit as low as $49 and get a secured credit card. I tried calling their toll-free number only to get an automated sign-up thing. I will not sign up for anything over the phone. Does anyone have experience with this company? Care to share?I just wrote an epinion on this company. It's long, so I'll post the link: http://www.epinions.com/finc-review-F40-5E920D-394A61FC-prod1Suffice it to say, I am not a fan. I think Wildgirl also has experience with this company.Robb
