I know it's not a big event, but I'm sticking to my guns when it comes to punishing First USA for their bad practices. Now I just have to write a letter to my alumni cancel and tell them that THEY shouldn't do business with First USA.

This IS a big event, and the kind that, when multiplied hundreds and thousands of times by other disatisfied customers, may actually make FUSA change their ways, or go out of business. It's hard to effect change at a low level. However, there have occasionally been other companies that showed disdain and disregard for their customers, and when people got fed up with the treatment and quit buying the product or service, either went down or had to come crawling back. I think FUSA is rapidly moving towards joining that group of pathetic losers.

Keep up the good work, and stand by your principals!
