I know nothing about the topic but am eager to, somebody enlighten me.

We should probably recruit some lawyer types to come over here and offer some basics. FWIW, my wife is an OBGYN and we have discussed putting some of the larger-ticket items (ie, house) in my name. Although I think there may be some state laws that say medical malpractice suits cannot go after personal assets when the physician has adequate liability coverage.

I'll make a post on the lawyers board and see if we can get some drifters over here...
