I know that this was posted a couple years ago but hope it may be of some help to someone. I don't remember the exact date that Sharebuilder and ING Direct were taken over by Capital One but since then the customer service has definitely gone downhill. They don't like to go above and beyond anymore since I have repeatedly been told to find my answers on my own and one question was about ATM security. I was with Capital One a long time ago and left them now I have been forced to deal with them again. I haven't transferred out but am thinking about it, just didn't want to go through the trouble again but I think it might be worth it.
