I know this is supposed to be funny and all, but it relies on a lot of false premises:

First President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then
deny he was a foreigner

False. That's based on a hoax article.

First President to have a social security number from a state he has
never lived in

That may or not be true, but it's irrelevant. SSNs three number state identifier only refer to the state in which the recipient requested the card be sent. One needn't live in the state to which they want the card sent.

First President to preside over a cut to the credit-rating of the
United States.

True, but misleading. S&P very specifically called out the intransigence of Republicans in Congress for the credit-rating downgrade. That Obama was President at the time only shows how far the GOP was willing to go to prove a misguided point.

First President to violate the War Powers Act

Even John Boehner, who was against the Presidents actions in Libya said, "Legally, they’ve met their requirements [under] the War Powers Act".

First President to have 22 personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his

If by "servants" you mean "staffers", well Laura Bush, Lady Bird Johnson, Betty Ford, and Jackie Kennedy all had more.

First President to surround himself with radical left wing anarchists.

First President to go on multiple global “apology tours” and
concurrent “insult our friends” tours.

I could go on and on regarding the decidedly unfunny BS contained in this chain email posting.

But I guess it does fit under "Urban Legend", so there's that.

Obligatory joke:
