I know you don't want to talk about the trust but I just had to point out that if she's getting 1400 a month out of it (17k per year) and it's only worth 200k then it's probably not going to last much more than 10 more years anyway. Could be less depending on the management fees. And even less if she gets a new car very 4 years. No wonder they don't want to disburse any more money.Lael
